Wheel & Sprocket

This place is GREAT!!! Started by coming in with my wife to get her bike serviced. Expected to drop it off. Nope. The gentleman there was nice enough to look at it right then. He made some adjustments and said it needed no other work. No cost. Ironically, I had just purchased a used Trek. It needed some attention. Brought it in for new grips, tires, an annual tune up, and cleaning. They gave me the expectation of 10 days but got it back in 1/2 the time. Such great service! Well worth the money. Thank you

I purchased a Discover 3 Velotric bike before Wheels & Sprockets had one on their floor. I learned it was too much of a bike for me. Peter was supportive and suggested I try the bike for 30 days. Within those 30 days, I stopped in Wheels & Sprockets and rode different bikes. Peter was always patient and helpful! I felt the Breeze was a better fit for me. Graciously, Jack processed the return and wrote up the new order. I am pleased with my purchase and grateful for the patience and time provided by Peter and Jack. Thank YOU Wheels & Sprockets!

I had no experience with E-bikes. When I entered Wheel and Sprocket the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the E-bike that fit my needs. I was able to test out the bike and was educated on all the features.

I came in to see if there was a helmet to fit my 10 month old. The person helping me was so kind, and took the time to fit my baby in a helmet while she was right on my hip, making her feel more comfortable with the new situation. He went through all of the adjustments until it fit her perfectly. He then explained the steps to adjusting the fit in the future as she grows. I am very appreciative that he shared this knowledge with me since I worked so hard growing those brains Iʻm trying to protect. Thank you!

Needed my bike retapped for my triathlon bike. Brought it to them. Tapped it well and ran into an issue after they completed. They called and made sure everything was perfect. Very impressed with their customer service and how high they will go to make sure you are happy with their service. Highly recommend and very impressed. Thank you!!!
